If you have been wondering how to navigate through Linear Swap on our platform, this is a step-by-step guide for you! The Linear.Swap acts as the bridge between the Ethereum Chain and Binance Smart Chain and enables users to access DeFi protocols on both ecosystems! And great news! All of Linear’s assets (LINA, ℓUSD, and Liquids) can be swapped between Ethererum (ERC-20) and BSC (BEP-20).

Before you head into Linear.Swap, users will need both ETH and BEP-20 BNB to pay the gas fees on both chains. You may also need to connect your Metamask wallet with BSC Mainnet, if you haven’t done so already. If you find it difficult to connect your Metamask wallet with BSC, you can follow this tutorial here https://youtu.be/2fJn2LIJGsc?t=104. The top right corner should display the address once connected.

Completing a Swap transaction

Go to linear.finance and click on the ‘Swap’ tab.

Launch the App by clicking on Launch Swap.

You will be taken to Linear.Buildr and if you haven’t connected your wallet, you will have to do so.

Navigate to the ‘Swap’ tab in Linear.Buildr where you can select the asset you wish to swap and enter the corresponding amount. Note the associated gas fees on the Ethereum Chain and Binance Smart Chain as shown below. Click on ‘Swap’ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. You’re done!
